As the Head of Ad Operations, you'll be the preeminent expert on ad operations: trafficking, dynamic creative, reporting, dashboarding, and media platform attribution. Working alongside the Head of Digital Media, you'll ensure all services and products delivered by this agency are world-class.

 

As the face of ad operations, you'll be a core part of client pitches and help them understand the possibilities of the digital field through your extensive, up-to-date industry knowledge. You'll also nurture and form strong supplier relationships, from internal specialists to external media & tech vendors.

 

Internally, you'll lead a team of seasoned ad ops campaign managers and coach them to success. This means you'll monitor campaign timelines and progress, identify points of improvement, and upskill team members on fresh market tech.

about you

Extensive experience in ad operations, from implementation to strategy, is essential to succeed in this role. You'll be an expert at understanding the "why" and "how" of campaigns, so you'll have experience with data analytics tools, ad servers, DSPs, and more. This role also has a strong relationship management component, so whether it's a fresh client pitch or a major tech vendor meeting, you'll know how to win stakeholders over and build rapport fast.

 

  • Extensive experience in ad operations strategy, planning, and implement
  • Excellent client management and relationship building skills
  • Experience with the Google stack (Tag Manager, GA360, CM360, Data Studio) and dashboarding software (e.g., Datorama)
  • Experience with SQL, Google ADH, or Big Query
  • Working knowledge of dynamic creative delivery technologies (e.g., Jivox, Flashtalking, Google Creative Studio)
  • Curious and collaborative approach to work
