As the Head of Digital Media, you’ll be responsible for elevating and overseeing all digital work done by this agency (both brand and performance). This role is highly cross-functional, as you’ll work closely with creative, media, and communication leads to enhance how digital is used in their teams.


Externally, you’ll work closely with clients to educate them on digital opportunities and encourage them to explore digital strategies that go beyond simply chasing low CPMs. As you’ll be the driver of this agency’s renewed digital product offering, there’s a fantastic opportunity to inspire clients with your vision. You’ll also work closely with key media partners to grow this agency’s position as digital innovators.


Internally, you’ll manage a team of 9 division heads and create a clear roadmap for their development. Your role will see you be accountable for all digital work from this agency, so you’ll be a champion for great digital thinking and ready to step in to help teams when necessary.

about you

Extensive experience in strategy, leadership, and implementation for digital media is critical. This role also requires a comprehensive understanding of the current digital landscape, including current industry trends and how these can benefit clients.


  • Digital media agency background in strategy, implementation, and leadership
  • Excellent client and stakeholder management skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of digital channels (display, programmatic, SEO, SEM, social media, programmatic, EDM, etc)
  • Strong understanding of analytics and campaign optimisation techniques
  • Articulate and compelling communication ability
