role

Reporting to the CMO, you will develop performance media solutions for this agency’s clients and direct various agency specialists to carry out this work. Your role will be highly focused on developing rock-solid stakeholder relationships and ensuring both internal and external teams are on the same page with campaigns.

 

Externally, this will see you collaborate with AdTech vendors and publishers to offer clients comprehensive digital media solutions. Once this strategy is determined, you will work with your internal team of digital specialists to deploy and optimise these campaigns. These campaigns will use a wide variety of mediums; primarily Google search and other Google products, secondly paid social platforms, and then other performance channels such as programmatic.

 

As the Head of Digital, you’ll need to ensure campaigns run to schedule, achieve client goals, and are optimised in response to new campaign insights. You’ll make this happen by proactively analysing campaign progress and mentoring team members to success.

about you

Deep strategic knowledge and implementation experience with the Google product suite (Ads, GDN, YouTube, GA, GTM, and GDS) is essential, with a solid understanding of paid social platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) also valuable. You should be confident in managing concurrent projects while keeping key stakeholders updated every step of the way. Finally, a positive attitude and a desire to bring the best out of your team members will guarantee your success.

 

  • Extensive experience with the Google product suite
  • Working knowledge of paid social media platforms
  • Digital media strategy and campaign implementation experience
  • Confident stakeholder communication ability
  • Good eye for analysis and campaign reporting
  • Knowledge of programmatic platforms beneficial
