This agency has recently identified their paid social offering as a high priority growth area, to meet their growing client base. As the Head of Paid Social, you will develop and roll out a refreshed paid social media proposition.
Utilising your strong knowledge of the paid social media landscape, you will create social media packages and strategies to address the varying needs of this agency’s client base. Once created, you will then work with account managers to educate them on these packages and enable them to sell these into their client accounts. You will also present concepts, case studies, and results to key stakeholders so they can thoroughly understand the value of social media options.
On the implementation end, you will set up campaign strategy, direct campaign implementation, analyse campaign progress, and create timely post-campaign reports against KPIs. This role is supported by content specialists who will create all copy and visuals needed. While this role will initially require you to be hands-on in campaigns, you will take on a more strategic position and build a team underneath you.
