role

As Head of Performance, you will lead, train, and support the growing performance team. Your team plans, delivers, and reports on digital campaigns through Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform (e.g., DV360), SEO and more.

There are three key parts of this job:

  • Managing and overseeing the team, providing guidance, thought leadership, and structure.
  • Working with clients around their performance and wider digital strategy.
  • Overseeing all campaign outcomes, looking to improve internal systems and processes.

about you

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

We are looking for someone who can bring leadership and vision to the table, helping clients and teammates alike realize what is possible. You will be an expert in the digital performance and analytics space with proven experience of running paid search campaigns. You could be from the agency-side, the client-side, or perhaps you are a digital freelancer who’s looking for the right working environment for a full-time role.

  • Expertise in performance marketing.
  • Sound knowledge of the wider digital ecosystem outside of performance channels, and the ability to speak to clients about a general digital strategy.
  • Proven leadership experience & a desire to grow and mentor the team around you.
  • An obsession with marketing analytics, and a good knowledge of GA, GTM and Data Studio.
  • A good eye for spotting which internal systems and processes could be improved.
