As a Junior Digital Media Coordinator, you’ll help the team to set up and run digital campaigns. You’ll collaborate closely with Managers, team-members, external partners, and vendors. You’ll provide a high level of customer service for both external and internal clients, collecting and analysing feedback from customers and other project users. This is truly a fantastic opportunity to put your foot in the door of the industry, learn a huge amount, and immerse yourself in the ever-growing ecosystem of the digital world.  


  • Help to set up digital projects, campaigns, and events.  
  • Write online content for social media channels like Facebook.   
  • Manage deadlines and progress across the team to reach set deadlines and budgets.  
  • Implementation, oversight, and improvement of processes across the business. 

about you

We’re looking for a super organised, junior candidate who’s either at the start of their digital career, or who has a year or so of digital experience. 

You’ll be a problem-solver and people-wrangler who can learn about how to set up digital campaigns, and make sure that the team is hitting deadlines.  

You’ll have terrific written and verbal communication skills as you will be liaising daily with numerous people and will have a strong eye for attention to detail.  

  • You’ll be organised and conscious of time management.  
  • You’ll have strong written skills, with the ability to write social media content.  
  • Ideally, you’ll have some experience in digital platforms such as AdWords, Facebook, & Google Analytics. 
  • You’ll have some experience managing projects, systems, and processes in the industry as well as interacting with stakeholders.  
  • You’ll have solid skills in Excel, Word and the Office suite.
