As the Lead Programmatic Trader, you’ll join a well-established trading team as the lead buyer on a brand-new client pod. This new client pod has been created due to exponential growth, and in time you’ll grow your own team of juniors underneath you.


Supported by an outstanding management team, you’ll ensure that programmatic campaigns are deployed effectively and optimised proactively across multiple DSPs, Google Ads and Facebook. You’ll also have the opportunity to learn about DOOH and native campaigns.


Many of this agency’s employees have risen internally to leadership roles or have moved on to become programmatic industry leaders at agencies and brands around the country, so this is a perfect role for an ambitious person.

about you

To fly in this role, you’ll need to have strong acumen with the Google suite and programmatic buying. This experience can be from the agency, brand, or publisher side, as this agency is happy to welcome someone with the right transferable skills. You’ll also be keen to try out fresh campaign types and learn a ton from industry experts. Finally, you’ll bring it all together with your proactive and friendly attitude!


  • Experience with DV360 and DSPs
  • Working knowledge of the Google suite (GDN, Tag Manager, Analytics, Ads) and Facebook Business Manager
  • Experience producing campaign reports and data insights
  • Enthusiasm for the digital advertising industry and the latest tech updates
  • Great stakeholder relationship management ability
  • Friendly & proactive attitude
