role

In this role, you’ll lead a portfolio of large clients, demonstrating leadership, strategic direction, accountability, business acumen, and vision across your accounts. Additionally, you’ll work across online and offline media campaigns, and be responsible for media planning, buying, and the general performance of your client's business. You’ll have a lot of access and face-time with the senior leadership team and can lean into their years of experience.

 

  • Lead a portfolio of large clients and manage performance.
  • Mentor and manage a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Support and be the key client contact for partner agency leads.
  • Coordinate with the team to deliver online and offline campaigns (e.g., radio, TV, websites etc.).
  • Conduct media planning and buying + regularly report on campaign results.

about you

You’ll bring proven knowledge and experience in client service and media planning and buying. You’ll closely engage with your clients and make decisions based on their marketing goals and overall business objectives. Overall, you’ll bring the ambition and drive to achieve client success and deliver outstanding performance.  You’ll be a team player and bring interpersonal skills.

 

  • You’ll have sound client service experience and strong communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge and experience in media planning and buying.
  • Full working knowledge of media planning tools, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • You’ll bring good implementation planning capabilities and an understanding of media fundamentals.
  • Good team player and complement the tight-knit, dynamic team dynamics.
