Lead by a team who love New Zealand design and innovation, this industry-acclaimed retail brand has seen immense online success despite the turbulence of 2020. They pride themselves on their highly collaborative work environment, as well as having a real passion for their products.


Over the last few years, their focus has been on ramping up their brand presence in the UK and Australia. They are now looking to bring new team members who can grow their international success and bring great ideas on how to share their award-winning range of products.


This is a 3-month, fixed-term contract to start ASAP. There is a good chance this role will become permanent after the contract ends. Your role is to create, implement, and optimise paid campaigns across digital channels, including Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube), social media (Facebook, Instagram), programmatic, and Amazon. Utilising content produced in-house, you will target markets in NZ, Australia, and the UK to drive brand awareness & sales.


Core to this role is your ability to interpret campaign performance (using tools like Google Analytics and SEMRush), then use these results to optimise ad spend and pivot strategy quickly. At your disposal will be weekly budgets of $20 - $30k and this team wants to see your fresh ideas, so there is ample room here to get creative and try out new digital performance strategy.

about you

Proven experience across a variety of digital channels is essential, especially with campaign creation and optimisation. A strong ability in data analysis is also crucial.


  • Proven experience with performance channels like Google, Facebook, Instagram, and programmatic
  • Ideally, experience with YouTube and Amazon digital campaigns
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Understanding of performance & brand campaign strategy
