This role supports a key account - a multi-national technology giant - so you’ll run global campaigns using a large budget (media spend of over $50,000 per month).

First and foremost, you’ll be confident in handling paid social media campaigns from conception to completion. You’ll also continuously update your client on campaign results. This means that whether it’s researching and creating audiences, communicating fresh insights, or analysing post-campaign data, you’ll be constantly looking out for how you can nail client targets.

Most campaigns will be focused on Facebook platforms, with knowledge of other key social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Snapchat, Spotify) important too. This role will work alongside the paid search and programmatic teams, so some knowledge of these channels would also be beneficial.

about you

We’re looking for a paid social professional who brings a strong blend of client management and technical implementation. This agency has a strong team culture, so a willingness to collaborate and share new ideas is a must. You will also bring a great eye for troubleshooting and optimisation, as you’ll be expected to jump in and proactively solve issues.

  • Experience in client management, especially with transforming complex tech talk into compelling case studies.
  • Strong on-the-tools experience with Facebook (Ad Manager, attribution platform, Blueprint).
  • Ideally, experience creating and running campaigns on other social media platforms (Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, LinkedIn, Spotify, etc).
  • A willingness to add to your skills in paid social, and develop yourself within paid search and programmatic channels.
  • An analytical approach to campaign work and desire to understand the “why”.
  • Proactive, goal orientated and good at juggling multiple priorities.
  • Friendly and outgoing team player.
