As Programmatic Manager, you will oversee programmatic campaigns for several agency clients. These accounts are performance-focused, so your campaigns will drive e-commerce and acquisition goals. You will be the key programmatic expert for both the client and other account team members, so you will educate stakeholders on programmatic media buying benefits and methodology.


Day to day, you will be responsible for managing and optimising programmatic campaigns. This means you will set up and run campaigns using best in industry platforms, utilise data reporting tools to understand campaign progress, use multivariate testing methods to optimise campaign performance, and regularly update clients on campaign outcomes.


As this role involves multiple clients, you will also be expected to manage your time effectively and evaluate what your critical priorities are. In time, this role will also allow you to mentor and manage junior team members who are keen to develop their programmatic knowledge.

about you

Proven experience in programmatic media buying and trading is vital, especially across social channels. You will also have a strong understanding of the digital advertising “big picture” and how programmatic can play a critical strategic role. Your success will be tied together by your strong analytical ability and drive to solve problems using data.


  • Experience in programmatic media buying and trading
  • Knowledge of social, display, search, and mobile channels
  • Implementation experience with industry platforms and tools (DV360, CM, Media Math, Facebook, Adobe, Datorama, etc.)
  • Strong data analysis ability with working knowledge of Excel
  • Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager knowledge
  • Confidence in educating stakeholders on programmatic benefits
  • Self-starter and problem-solving attitude
  • Sound time management ability
