As a Programmatic Specialist, you’ll sit on a client pod made up of a Business Manager, an Account Manager, a few Programmatic Specialists, a Team Coordinator. Your role is to optimise performance campaigns (mainly programmatic and also some SEM and Facebook) with a real focus on A/B testing. They have another team that does the nitty-gritty campaign set ups, so this is really about getting the campaigns cranking. 

  • Track, optimise and report on campaigns across multiple platforms.  
  • Provide insight and performance recommendations to clients.  
  • Work across a range of analytics systems to identify trends (e.g., Google Analytics, MOAT, and Datorama).  
  • Lead on performance-related client enquiries and build strong client relationships.  
  • Develop and master new product initiatives, platforms, and channels. 

about you

We’re looking for someone who has proven skills in programmatic advertising, and who has used at least one DSP. This role is ideal if you’re looking to take your next step in mastery within the programmatic ecosystem, and if you want to focus on driving campaign performance. The role does not have any campaign setup (this role is about optimisation) so you will bring excellent analytical skills to the table.  

  • You’ll have proven skills in setting up and optimising programmatic campaigns. 
  • You’ll have the ability to translate complex, technical, or analytical information to clients.  
  • You’ll be able to work both independently and within a team.  
  • You’ll have good business acumen.  
  • You’ll be prepared to up-skill, adapt, and keep ahead with any changing technology.
