This is a rare opportunity to take up a maternity contract as a Recruitment Manager, driving the cultural initiatives that set this agency apart and ensure all employees, new or existing, are supported in their roles. Using your extensive relationship management experience, you’ll manage the recruitment process from end to end and be confident in navigating any challenges, such as visa negotiations or employee departures. As you’ll be one of the key decision-makers regarding new hires, you’ll use your in-depth knowledge of the media industry and agency lifestyle to astutely select candidates who will thrive with this agency.

about you

We are looking for an experienced candidate who brings a strong understanding of the media agency world for this role.  You’ll understand media agency structures and the different positions like the back of your hand. As this role requires numerous employee onboarding processes, you’ll need to have an eye for detail and impeccable communications. A passion for people and development is essential too, as you’ll be their champion for fresh initiatives and taking on board their feedback.
