As a Sales Manager, you’ll join a large, buzzing and super successful sales team. This team has fabulous salespeople who are absolutely smashing it, and has good systems and procedures in place.

 

Your role is to bring fresh business onboard from across New Zealand & Australia. Day to day, this’ll see you call and visit prospective clients, thoroughly research new leads, develop proposals and packages, and keep abreast of all product updates and trends. This role doesn’t require any account management on your end, as there is a team of dedicated account managers who onboard and service new clients. Rather, this is a “new business hunter” role where you’ll go out there and secure brand new contracts.

 

  • Research and acquire new clients across New Zealand
  • Create digital marketing solutions tailored to your clientele
  • Learn from a high-performance sales team

about you

Experience in business development within the digital world is essential, with proven expertise in building relationships from scratch. You’ll handle the whole sales pipeline, from lead generation through to closing deals, so a drive for securing new business is key. This agency appreciates proactive team members, so your confidence and agile response to client challenges will cement your success.

 

  • Experience in sales, business development and lead creation
  • Knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem and the ability to explain why businesses need to use SEM, SEO and social media
  • Proven background in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ambitious and proactive attitude to work
  • Friendly, team player attitude
