Renown for their award-winning work and tight-knit team, this agency hits it out of the park with digital performance marketing. They have a wide range of clients, and most have been with the agency for several years. Alongside this, they also have strong relationships with the best publishers and MarTech platforms in the Kiwi market. Due to maternity leave, they are now after a digital media strategist who can handle one of their most important accounts. In this 12-month maternity cover role, as Digital Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing media strategy for this agency’s largest client. This means you will need to understand the client’s business inside-out, create a digital roadmap that fits the client’s long-term goals, and pitch campaign ideas.


Besides your key client relationships, you will also develop and maintain excellent relationships with all creative and publisher partners. As the client advocate, you will proactively liaise with all partners to ensure their work meets this client’s expectations and campaign targets.


Internally, you will work with digital channel specialists to direct your digital media plans and actively monitor their progress. Your campaigns will be performance lead, so you’ll use your strong commercial acumen to optimise campaigns and coach team members to success.

about you

Experience in media planning and buying across varied digital channels on the agency-side is required. These campaigns will be highly performance-focused, so commercial knowledge and a clear understanding of conversion funnels is key. A demonstrated history in client & stakeholders management is also important, as this agency needs someone who can take the lead in the client relationship.
