This is a senior team leadership role that reports to the Head of Marketing.


Your role is to set the digital strategy that will attract and convert potential customers. Your team’s digital content will create an inspiring message to provoke action, and that will be the bedrock of your inbound campaigns across all digital channels (such as search, social media, display, etc.) to drive interest. You and your team will then utilise the gathered data to support re-targeting marketing automation campaigns (think: email, social, etc.).


You’ll also use your analytics knowledge to study the customer database to create improvements & market segments, monitor campaign results, and direct optimisation for the wider team to carry out.


This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your in-depth knowledge of digital channels, roll out an effective campaign strategy, and lead a team to success.

about you

We are looking for a seasoned digital rainmaker, with proven experience in developing performance-driven marketing strategies. You’ll have great examples of driving results across email marketing, social advertising, content marketing, SEM, and paid digital channels.  As a storyteller, you’ll bring experience developing compelling messaging across all digital channels


  • Skills in bringing a brand story to life on digital channels
  • Experience creating and directing performance strategy
  • In-depth knowledge of digital channels such as email, search, paid social, display, and the like
  • Proven understanding of marketing automation
  • Obsession with data, audience segmentation, and consumer personas
  • Line management or mentorship experience
