In this role, you’ll create, implement, and optimise client campaigns (mainly programmatic). You’ll then track and report on the performance of these campaigns and carry out any testing using the agency’s latest offerings. You’ll be part of the Business Unit where you’ll ensure a successful end-to-end experience for all clients, acting as the ‘expert’ on campaign performance and optimisation to achieve client objectives. 


  • Manage campaign performance across multiple programmatic/digital platforms. 
  • Troubleshoot, problem-solve, and provide insights and analysis to clients. 
  • Work closely with the Account Manager to deliver and exceed clients’ expectations. 
  • Build and maintain internal and external relationships. 
  • Identify opportunities for innovation to maintain the agency’s market-edge.

about you

You’ll bring experience in at least the DV360 platform, strong analytical skills and attention-to-detail. You’ll be able to work both independently and with a team to achieve common goals. 


  • Solid experience and understanding of DV360, and other DSPs would be a bonus.  
  • You’ll be analytical, detail-oriented + organised. 
  • Eagerness to upskill and keep abreast of changing technology. 
  • Good business acumen and client service.
