As an SEO Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing organic search strategy in partnership with clients and then rolling this out. As their trusted advisor, your clients will look to you for fresh ideas and the latest news in the search marketing space.


This role will handle SEO campaigns from end to end, so initially, you’ll meet with clients to discuss their goals and map out their campaign strategy. Once this is in place, you’ll direct this work out to a team of implementation specialists and monitor their progress. You’ll then use your great eye for detail to identify opportunities for improvement, proactively troubleshoot campaign issues, and keep the client abreast of key wins.


This role is a 6-month fixed term contract, with the potential to be extended to a permanent role.

about you

First and foremost, you’ll bring great experience in SEO strategy creation and hands-on implementation. While this role doesn’t require implementation, you should be confident in troubleshooting campaigns and identifying improvement opportunities. You’ll also be a confident relationship builder who can establish rapport quickly. Finally, you’ll have excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude, as you’ll work with numerous internal specialists and external vendors to ensure campaign success.


  • Experience in SEO strategy creation and campaign implementation
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO methodologies, best practice, and current industry changes
  • Confident relationship management ability
  • Working knowledge of the wider digital advertising landscape and its various channels
  • Great project management skills
  • Experience with monitoring tools and website languages (e.g., Google Analytics, HTML/CSS)
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to work
