This role is truly an exciting opportunity for someone who is ready to step into a managerial position. You’ll report to the GM of the business, who is committed to letting you shine in your role without any micro-management. You’ll also work closely with clients of all sizes to set SEO strategy and then you’ll work with your team of two direct reports to deliver and implement the strategy.  

 

  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies.  
  • Coordinate and support a team to implement, optimise, and report on performance.  
  • Work closely with the Head of Paid Performance and the GM to deliver quality client outcomes.  
  • Manage digital operations and client on-boarding.  
  • Oversee and ensure delivery of SEO campaigns are successful. 

about you

For this role, you’ll bring SEO experience to the table with a strong understanding of site audits, technical SEO, and content strategy. You’ll bring a mature and diligent attitude that is ready to take on a team, providing them with support and motivation.
 

  • A good level of SEO knowledge and proficiency with SEO tools.  
  • Experience working with clients of all sizes. 
  • Passion for digital solutions and bring an analytical and insightful approach.  
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills, time management, and multi-tasking skills.  
  • The ability to lead and influence internal and external stakeholders and team members.
