As the SEO Manager, you’ll work closely with content specialists and developers to ensure this brand’s websites achieve superb organic search results. As the technical SEO expert of the team, you’ll take the lead on all strategy and collaborate with internal leaders on SEO campaigns.

 

Day to day, this will see you analyse the brand websites for optimisation opportunities, create strategy and roadmap out its implementation, audit all website content, implement technical updates, and produce performance reports.

 

This role has a strong mixture of hands-on work and strategy to it, so it’s a great opportunity to showcase your knowledge while still keeping your technical skills sharp. You’ll also be a key mentor figure in this role, as junior digital marketing staff will look to you for SEO insights and recommendations.

about you

To fly in this role, you’ll need to have proven experience in handling SEO operations end to end, from overall strategy, to implementation, to digging into tools for data analysis. You’ll also have a good working knowledge of the great digital marketing and website development ecosystem, and how SEO connects within it.  Finally, you’ll be a great communicator who confidently brief team members, build relationships with stakeholders, and pitch ideas to internal leaders.

 

  • Strong agency or client-side experience in SEO campaign strategy creation & implementation
  • Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Moz, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of web analytics tools and website development languages (e.g., Google Analytics, HTML, CSS, Adobe Analytics, Wordpress)
  • Thorough verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative attitude and team-player approach to work
