As the Social Media Content Manager, you’ll create social media content plans that align with your client’s greater brand strategy and then produce this work across the relevant creative mediums. This will include photoshoots, video editing, copywriting, graphic design, and maybe some animation. The team is keen to see what fun ideas you can dream up, so there’s ample opportunity to try new concepts and get experimental.


Once you have made this content, you’ll work with the digital team to roll out these creative assets on social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok) and handle community management. This is where your true love of social media will come to the fore, as you’ll use your know-how to create memorable audience experiences and proactively advise what campaigns are a hit with viewers using analytics. You’ll also ensure audiences are cared for by providing community engagement that aligns with this brand’s tone of voice.

about you

Proven experience in social media content creation and strategy is key, especially with various creative mediums. You should also be confident with social media analytics and community management. Your success will be solidified by your curious nature, willingness to experiment, and desire to build great stakeholder relationships.


  • Experience in social media content creation and management
  • Working knowledge of paid social media implementation and analytics
