Additionally, they have a proactive approach to media relations; they’ve successfully built positive relationships with journalists, amplifying leadership profiles and promoting positive storytelling. Finally, they’ve effectively managed reactive situations, including consumer protests and sensitive incidents, demonstrating their adeptness at crisis communication and stakeholder engagement.
