They bring excellent experience from the not-for-profit sector, as well as corporate experience from prominent consumer brands in FMCG, Food, Personal Care & Skin Care. Their most recent role was at a NZ skincare/haircare business with c.70 staff, and a turnover of c. $50 million. As Head of Marketing & Customer Innovation, they reported to the CEO and led the marketing team, the marketing strategy, and the digital/e-commerce transformation of the business. Before this, they worked at a well-known charity in a parental leave contract role. They were brought in to create a new strategic communications roadmap whilst driving sustainable revenue growth, and alternative funding streams. They led a large marketing team of 14, across 4 departments: communications, database, sponsorship, and fundraising. This is a candidate who will make a significant contribution to their next role, with the potential to dramatically increase sales. Their digital toolkit includes: Neilsen, IRI-Aztec, Shopify, Silverstripe, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, Google Analytics, Okendo, Hotjar & Hootsuit. They are hoping to attain a remuneration level of around $200,000 – $22,000 per annum going forwards, and are now working with Campfire to find a new role.
