With hands-on experience working at some of NZ’s biggest retailers, this candidate is all about driving online sales.

In their current role, they own the e-commerce roadmap and the online customer journey, and they meet digital sales targets by identifying opportunities for onsite optimisation. As the lynchpin between the digital, IT, merchandise, and marketing teams, they provide regular insight around sales, information architecture, search trends, ratings & reviews. This candidate has a technical mindset, along with excellent communication skills, so they’ve had great success in this role and indeed in their career to date. Their previous role was similar, with a real focus on driving online sales, improving the customer journey, and upgrading on-site search capabilities. They’re working with Campfire to find a new role.
