We are now looking for a new consultant to own the temp recruitment desk and grow out this side of the business.

role

Using your strong business development skills, you’ll introduce Campfire’s temp recruitment offering to our client base. You’ll have a large database of contacts and candidates to work with from day one, and a warm desk where we already have temp roles coming in from existing clients. The purpose of the role is to grow out the temp side of the business, so you’ll get on the phone and uncover temp opportunities within existing and new clients, and then carry out the full 360 degree recruitment cycle with help from our Recruitment Administrator and Marketing Coordinator.

 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their temporary staffing requirements.
  • Source, interview, and assess candidates to identify the best fit for temporary job openings.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to placement.
  • Coordinate with clients and candidates to arrange interviews and assessments.
  • Negotiate offers and manage contract negotiations for temporary placements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and market conditions to advise clients on staffing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions in our CRM system.

about you

We’re looking for an experienced temp recruiter from any industry vertical.  With meticulous attention to detail and excellent admin skills, you’ll be quick thinking, solutions focused, and will love to deliver a high level of customer service.

 

  • Experience in agency recruitment, building, and growing a successful desk.
  • Strong sourcing abilities using our innovative technology, referrals, and networking.
  • An authentic approach to identifying, connecting & building relationships with both candidates & clients.
  • With a growth mindset you are open to taking on new challenges, persist, and be driven to achieve your goals.
  • Clear and consistent communication, and zero reluctance to pick up the phone.
