Help to manage and organise one of Wellington’s top digital agencies in this unique role.

Company

Our client is a digital agency based in the heart of Wellington’s CBD, led by a team of seasoned marketing & creative experts. They have a warm and laid-back culture in their office, and their reputation has attracted some seriously cool clients.

  • This agency pulls in well-known brands with their excellent service and deliverables.
  • They provide a range of services across the full marketing funnel: from brand strategy and design, through to web build, creative content production, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • The team genuinely enjoy each other’s company and values everybody’s opinion and ideas, no matter their job title.
  • Corporate social responsibility is key for this agency, and they love working with community groups to improve living conditions for vulnerable people.
  • Life in Welly is coffee, brews, and quirk—this office is well-positioned to soak in all the culture the Capital has to offer.

role

Join an established and highly respected agency in a unique leadership role. Reporting to the SLT, this role works closely with the whole team as the ‘go to’ person who can make things happen. As such, this job has variety at its core, and you’ll have the chance to utilise your broad skillset and grow into new areas, too! You’ll oversee and manage the agency’s financial reporting, help to improve the existing systems and workflows, direct project management, and also have an element of client communication.

  • Report directly to the SLT and run the office if they are OOO or on holiday.
  • Use your financial acumen to prepare financial reports for the agency, send client invoices, and ensure that all chargeable items are billed.
  • With your top-notch organisational skills, handle basic HR duties and office management tasks.
  • Speak with clients – both new and existing – and develop awesome sales proposals for the team.
  • Improve project management processes and supervise all workflows to find efficiencies.
  • Sort out day to day team issues: manage schedules, make bookings, create agendas.

BENEFITS

  • Fun, warm, and trendy work environment where each team member is valued and listened to.
  • A fast-growing agency where you can build a long-term career.
  • Heaps of opportunities for personal and professional development.
  • An attractive remuneration package.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health perks, communication plans, and access to entertainment events.
