As the Amazon Marketplace Manager, you’ll be a key driver in shaping and delivering their online sales strategy, with a heavy focus on Amazon’s marketplaces. Your primary responsibilities include managing e-commerce platforms and managing and growing their presence on Amazon marketplaces in multiple global regions, including the USA, UK, and Europe. 


  • Develop and execute strategies to optimise product listings, enhance visibility, and increase sales on Amazon marketplaces. 
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. 
  • Manage advertising campaigns, promotions, and pricing strategies on Amazon. 
  • Research and identify potential e-commerce platforms for expansion, lead the onboarding process, and develop growth strategies. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketplace strategies with sales goals, optimise product listings, and enhance customer engagement.

about you

We’re looking for an e-commerce expert with a proven record in boosting sales on platforms like Amazon and Shopify. You’ll excel in strategic planning, and data-driven decision-making, and have a strong grasp of digital marketing principles. Proficiency in tools like Amazon Seller Central and Google Analytics is essential. You’ll bring strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a results-driven focus. Additionally, prior experience in sales and e-commerce P&L is a plus, but not essential. 


  • Proven firsthand experience with growing sales on Amazon, as well as other retailer/e-commerce marketplaces. 
  • Expertise in developing performance marketing campaigns on Amazon, Shopify, Meta, and Google. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. 
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles. 
  • Highly organised and detail oriented.
