role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned team leader to head up the Auckland-based digital account management team, overseeing client retention and growth. Your team manages relationships with existing clients, executes digital marketing campaigns, sets strategies, and analyses performance metrics. With a demonstrated leadership background, you’ll grow the existing team and create strong client relationships, schedule strategy meetings, present insights, and analyse monthly performance results. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll also work closely with the Sales Director to ensure a joined-up approach. 

 

  • Exhibit strong leadership skills and ensure the client services team is delivering to the right level.  
  • Build rock-solid, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact with stakeholders. 
  • Schedule regular strategy meetings with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Present key insights and recommend solutions within the company's product suite.  
  • Analyse monthly performance metrics for clients and staff.

about you

For this role, you’ll have proven experience in a sales or client services leadership role and be confident in building and maintaining strong long-term relationships with accounts. You’ll be highly driven, with strong commercial nous, and the proven ability to retain and grow client relationships. Finally, you will bring a solid understanding of digital marketing to the table. 

 

  • Proven team leadership experience in a sales or client service environment. 
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with accounts.  
  • Digital marketing knowledge preferred. 
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills. 
  • Commercially savvy, with the ability to retain and grow business and teach others how to do the same.
