role

As a Client Services Director, you’ll manage their team of client managers. You won’t have your own portfolio of accounts per se – but you’ll join client managers’ meetings with complex clients and help with onboarding. You’ll also use your business gravitas, charisma, and experience to assist the sales team to make successful pitches. 

 

  • Manage a team of managers to deliver exceptional client experience. 
  • Help onboard new clients – this agency prides themselves on their employees’ ability to build rapport and understanding with their diverse client base. 
  • Communicate with the leadership and global production team. 
  • Attend pitches with the sales team to help them win new clients. 
  • Shape the culture in their operations. 

about you

You’ll have experience in business roles, ideally in a management position. You’ll bring digital marketing knowledge and a passion for leadership. You’ll have emotional intelligence and communication skills and be keen to detail. 

 

  • Has the combination of business acumen and a passion for leadership. 
  • Experience in business roles across retail, B2B, and B2C, ideally in a leadership position. 
  • Knowledge of digital marketing – you won’t need a high level of technical knowledge or implementation skills but enough to be able to explain concepts to clients. 
  • Commercially savvy and has high EQ. 
  • Communicative and keen to detail.
