Your role will involve executing creative strategies for digital channels such as the website, email campaigns, videos, social media, and presentations. This role will also be hands-on, where you will be managing end-to-end video production and creating digital assets across digital and traditional channels. You’ll work in partnership with the Head of Marketing on creative direction and brand strategy, and you’ll have 1x direct report.


  • Lead creative strategy and direction for all digital and traditional channels (internal and external).
  • Manage a small team of creatives.
  • Create digital assets across social media, emails, website and videos.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing on creative ideas.
  • Production workflow management.

about you

You’ll have proven skills in digital and graphic design coupled with a strong understanding of brand identity. You’ll bring a passion for the digital space, and your experience will blend high-level creative strategy and hands-on execution. Team leadership experience would be useful, but is not essential, so this could be a fantastic opportunity to step up and gain team leadership experience.


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic and digital design
  • Solid understanding of brand strategy
  • Experienced in creative strategy and hands-on execution
  • A proven track record of managing the entire design process
  • You’ll be collaborative with good communication, time management and stakeholder management skills.
