This is your chance to develop and lead a $multi-million retailer’s digital marketing and e-commerce functions.  You’ll head up the digital presence of the brand across all channels, grow e-commerce sales, and oversee digital campaigns. You’ll also line-manage, coach and inspire a growing team of 3. 


  • Develop & lead the digital marketing & e-commerce functions of the business.  
  • Manage a team of 3 across e-commerce, content, digital & social marketing.  
  • Optimise the digital channels to increase brand awareness via online and store networks. 
  • Develop strategies for content & collaborate with the wider team across campaign direction.  
  • Lead projects across multiple departments and create a digital roadmap for an external party to execute.

about you

For this role, we’re looking for someone who has a solid understanding of performance marketing and e-commerce, also knowledge across multiple digital platforms. You’ll bring strong analytical skills and the ability to support and manage a team.
