In this role, you’ll support the delivery of marketing and communications across the website and social channels (i.e., Facebook). You’ll manage and develop the website with a key focus on building a presence to support the expansion and growth of the brand. The second part of this role involves building customer journeys through marketing automation, campaigns, and templates. 

 

  • Manage website & social media content and infographics.  
  • Build landing pages and web forms using HubSpot CMS. 
  • Create, implement & execute activities, campaigns, and customer journeys. 
  • Manage reporting tools and provide insights and optimisation. 
  • Ensure content is engaging, resourceful, and informative so it becomes a go-to place for customers. 

about you

For this role, you’ll bring a sound understanding of web design and development and a familiarity of integration, marketing, and social & digital platforms. You’ll be passionate about creating communications that engage an audience and improve customer experience to make a difference.  

 

  • Proficient in web integration knowledge across HTML, CSS, JavaScript. 
  • Experience using content management systems (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, Mailchimp etc.).  
  • Sound knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, and SEM. 
  • Great verbal and written communication skills.  
  • Desire to learn and grow with ability to self-manage.
