In this role, you’ll manage a diverse portfolio of clients spanning various industries. There is no sales hunting, and no campaign implementation in this role – rather, your key responsibility is around retaining & growing client accounts and providing brilliant service to them. You’ll lead client account meetings, monitor campaign performance, and collaborate with the technical team to ensure optimal results. You’ll be at the forefront of strategic initiatives, conducting WIP meetings, completing campaign briefs, and exploring opportunities for client scaling and growth.


  • Manage daily client communications promptly and efficiently.
  • Identify strategic opportunities for existing clients to scale, cross-sell, or upsell.
  • Complete campaign briefs and actively participate in onboarding meetings and workshops.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to discuss campaign performance and align strategies with business goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance closely and maintain regular communication with the technical team for optimisation.

about you

Ideally, you’ll have at least three years of digital account management experience, proficiency in platforms like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms. You’ll work effectively in a team, have great attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, you’ll be a creative thinker who brings a problem-solving mindset.


  • Relevant experience in an account management role (ideally, in the digital marketing sector).
  • Expertise in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager).
  • Hands-on experience with e-commerce CMS platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, and BigCommerce.
  • Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities.
  • High attention to detail and effective multitasking skills.
