Your responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote real estate projects. You'll be at the forefront of shaping the online presence. You would be joining a compact marketing team; nevertheless, they are a dedicated and driven group of individuals, and you will be there to lead them.   • Formulate and execute dynamic digital strategies for brand visibility and lead generation.  
  • Build and lead a high-performance marketing team offshore, foster collaboration, align with business goals and provide mentorship. 
  • Develop engaging content for digital platforms, aligning with brand guidelines, and seamlessly integrating AI insights for strategic content decisions. 
  • Manage and grow social media for increased brand awareness and engagement. 
  • Oversee digital campaigns across channels, analyse performance data, and optimise strategies.  

about you

The ideal candidate is an experienced marketing manager with a focus on digital media and content creation. You’ll excel in SEO, SEM, social media, with knowledge of website CMS/Tagging, Tracking, and GA4. Familiarity with social media trends is crucial, and experience in managing remote teams, particularly with exposure to the offshore market, is a bonus. Finally, you’ll possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

 

  • Proven experience and success as a Marketing Manager with a focus on digital media and content creation.  
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, and social media. 
  • Experience in managing remote teams. 
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision making.
