As a Digital Media & Marketing Lead, you’ll do end-to-end media management from strategy to implementation for just two clients. • Take responsibility for managing two large clients in the public sector that contribute to the wider NZ and Wellington communities. One helps to keep Kiwis safe, healthy, and protected. The other client works to stop climate change and protect our beautiful natural environment. Their values aligned with that of the agency; to make positive, tangible differences to affect change.

  • The opportunity to do an ‘office exchange’ and work at one of their international offices.
  • Enjoy a range of employee discounts on goods and services + a company phone with a paid plan.
  • Dive deep into the accounts of two ‘feel good’ clients and use your professional skills to help improve the lives of others and combat climate change.
  • Upskilling and career development.

about you

You’ll be knowledgeable on the tools to interpret data and collect insightful data. You’ll be able to meet deadlines and work well with internal and external stakeholders.

  • This role would be ideal for someone who is currently working on digital and wanted to broaden their skills and learn more about offline media channels – they’re willing to train you up on ATL as they headed more digital focus.
  • Skills in client management – an agency background is preferable, but it could be with a digital marketing agency or performance agency.
  • Experience using tools like Nielsen, Google Campaign Manager, DV360, and Meta Suite for competitive analysis and reporting.
  • The ability to organise and keep the client’s media schedule up to date.
