In this role, you’ll help e-commerce clients succeed by running paid search & social campaigns - including strategy, implementation, reporting, and day to day communications. Working in collaboration with other specialists (SEO, client service, developers, creative designers), you’ll ensure that your search & social strategy dovetails in with the other channels. There’s also an analytics component to this role, as you’ll audit your client accounts and be the key lead on search insights. 


  • Work on some of NZ’s largest e-commerce accounts.  
  • Communicate regularly with your clients - leading meetings and calls, monthly and quarterly reporting and strategy meetings, as well as ad hoc, day to day contact. 
  • Develop, execute, optimise and report on digital marketing campaigns within Google Ads, Meta Business Manager and other digital platforms. 
  • Collaborate with all channels (SEO, Client Service, Developers and Designers) across accounts. 
  • This role can be appointed at either Intermediate or Senior level, depending on your background and experience. 

about you

We’re looking for an experienced digital marketer, with excellent communication skills. Ideally, you will have work experience in an agency environment, and will have crafted successful digital marketing campaigns for e-commerce brands. 


  • Sound understanding of digital performance management strategies and abilities.  
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with a positive, confident, and engaging approach. 
  • Proven SEM campaign management skills. 
  • Comprehensive understanding of shopping feeds, pixels and data layers. 
  • At the more senior level, you’ll bring skills in mentoring and developing team members.
