Join our client’s rapidly growing Auckland team as a Performance Manager, running programmatic and search campaigns across global markets. You’ll leverage your expertise in platforms like Google Ads, and DV360 to strategize, develop, and execute client media plans. There will also be an element of client-facing to the role. 

 

  • Strategically plan, develop and implement client media plans aligned with business, media, and digital strategies.  
  • Utilise advanced knowledge of platforms such as Google Ads, DV360, Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics to optimise campaign performance.  
  • Foster strong client relationships and serve as a trusted strategic partner in achieving client objectives.  
  • In time, there is the opportunity to line manage your own direct report.

about you

You’ll have a strong background in programmatic and search advertising, coupled with client-facing skills. A deep understanding of platforms like Google Ads and DV360, together with strong strategic planning abilities, is essential. 

 

  • Strategic planning abilities together with hands-on buying & campaign implementation skills – ideally, from within an agency setting. 
  • A proven background in setting up, running, optimising, and reporting on programmatic and paid search campaigns. 
  • Hands-on experience of using DSPs like DV360 and/or TTD, as well as Google Ads, Google Analytics and Campaign Manager 360. 
  • A background in paid social would also be advantageous (but not essential). 
  • Strong client relationship management skills. 
  • Team player attitude, with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced agency environment.
