​​As the E-commerce Manager your mission is to ensure the online presence of the company is attractive to customers and runs smoothly. You’ll oversee four e-commerce websites, improve user experience, meet online sales targets, and craft effective email campaigns alongside the Email Marketing Coordinator. There’s also the chance to line manage one team member in the future.  

 

  • Website Optimisation: Ensure the seamless functionality of all four websites, regularly testing and improving the user experience.  
  • Digital Sales Growth: Drive online sales in both New Zealand and Australia, focusing on improving conversion rates and optimising all sites to support e-commerce growth. 
  • Email Marketing: Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of email marketing campaigns, and ensure they reflect the brands' message, drive sales, and engage their audience. 
  • Data Analysis: Monitor key e-commerce metrics, conduct in-depth analysis, and provide actionable insights to make informed decisions, identify trends, and proactively address issues.  
  • Content management: Maintain up-to-date and relevant website content, banners, and promotional materials in alignment with the overall marketing strategy, ensuring a cohesive and engaging online presence.

We’re looking for an e-commerce professional with a solid understanding of driving online sales, email marketing, and generating digital insights. Attention to detail, organisational abilities, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work in a team are ideal for this position.  

 

  • Proven e-commerce experience.  
  • Data analysis and digital marketing knowledge.  
  • Proficiency in SEO and email marketing/automation.  
  • Effective communication skills. 
  • Organisational and teamwork abilities.
