Company

This NZ clothing brand has a global footprint and is growing at speed. They are very well-established, with a high-quality ethos to their clothing. They have a presence in both the Southern and Northern Hemisphere, and their multiple e-commerce sites are built on Salesforce.

The Auckland office is based in the city, but they are very open to you working several days per week from home if you wish. The company has a very relaxed, non-corporate atmosphere and a flat business structure.

role

In this role, you will oversee the four Salesforce e-commerce sites, and project-manage all upgrades. You’ll focus on e-commerce site conversions and will act as the key link between the digital marketing team and the web development team. This means you’ll identify how the e-commerce user journey can be optimised and improved through SEO, CRO strategy, website user data, and landing pages, then project manage this work.

You will know that you’re succeeding in the role through improved conversions, higher AOVs, longer times spent on site, and a reduction in bounce rates.

To help you meet these objectives, you’ll use JIRA to write tickets for supporting agencies and marketing technology vendors and will also create briefs for all the partners who support the e-commerce function. There is a junior who supports you by doing the testing on all tickets, so your role is to make sure the brief is clear and the required outcomes are being achieved.

about you
