This is a fantastic opportunity to join a top NZ brand and play a key role in growing their global online success. You’ll shape and execute strategies to drive the growth of their global brand through online channels, optimise online marketing efforts, enhance the user experience, and ensure the achievement of key performance metrics.  

 

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to create and implement e-commerce plans that support the brand's global growth objectives. 
  • Ensure the brand's identity remains consistent across all online channels on a global scale.  
  • Keep an eye on key performance metrics, report progress, and devise strategies to meet sales and engagement targets. 
  • Propose and implement creative ideas to enhance the online shopping experience and drive growth. 
  • Optimise marketing efforts and e-commerce operations based on data-driven findings.

about you

You’ll have proven experience in digital marketing and global e-commerce management, with a track record of driving growth and metrics. You’ll bring strong analytical skills, have an eye for detail, and be proficient in e-commerce tools.   

 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication. 
  • 3-5 years of proven relevant experience.  
  • Prior success in driving e-commerce growth and achieving key performance metrics.  
  • Passion for innovation and staying current with industry trends.  
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
