role

In this role, you’ll join the team for a 12-month maternity cover. You will design and execute direct communications and campaigns to engage with various stakeholders – everyone from donors, through to supporters, families, volunteers, and partners. Ultimately though, your role is to drive brand awareness and loyalty and to generate donations. You’ll be responsible for managing the CRM platform - defining customer segments, designing customer journeys and lead generation campaigns, and managing the CRM platform. If you want to make a meaningful impact, then this is for you. 

 

  • Design and execute lead generation campaigns and CRM nurture programs to drive engagement and revenue. 
  • Develop and manage a coordinated marketing calendar of direct marketing and campaign activity to ensure positive ROI. 
  • Provide customer insights and data metrics to inform decision-making for the charity, including strategy and annual campaigns.  
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align marketing communications with the charity's business objectives. 
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, campaign budget forecast, and spend to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. 

about you

This role demands expertise in lead generation, CRM management, and data analytics, with proficiency in GTM campaigns, Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Suite. Strong communication, organisation, collaboration skills, and a marketing or business background are ideal. 

 

  • Proficiency in lead generation and CRM management. 
  • Strong data analytics skills. 
  • Experience in GTM campaign execution. 
  • Skilled in Google Analytics, and Salesforce Pardot (or similar). 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
