In this role, you’ll join a top-tier, supportive marketing, brand, and e-commerce team. Collaborating closely with your colleagues, you’ll drive worldwide email marketing programmes. You’ll be responsible for year-over-year increases in traffic, database numbers, loyalty, and revenue across current and new markets. 

 

  • Drive traffic and revenue growth through global email marketing across multiple markets. 
  • Collaborate with the brand team to identify improvement opportunities and conduct competitor research. 
  • Enhance the email automation program by creating new automations and optimising omnichannel activities. 
  • Create segments, conduct A/B testing, and provide reports on activity across all markets and campaigns. 
  • Execute web channel initiatives, including banners, pop-ups, and exploring web push notifications. 

about you

With demonstrated experience in email marketing and marketing automation, you’ll be a great team player with strong communication skills. Technically, you’ll be skilled in at least one marketing automation platform and will have a good eye for analytics and data. This is an intermediate-level role, so you’ll be ready to step up into a job where you can take responsibility for the email channel. 

 

 

  • Direct marketing experience in email marketing and marketing automation. 
  • Proficient with tools such as Emarsys, Klaviyo, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar.  
  • Able to build automations and segment customer data. 
  • Time management, communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. 
  • You’ll be a good team player with a solid work ethic, a positive and honest approach, and ambition to improve and hone your skills.
