  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvements.  
  • Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop compelling content for marketing campaigns. 
  • Design, build, and execute email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.   
  • Design, build, and maintain marketing automation workflows and journeys across email, SMS, and other communication channels.  
  • Utilise data-driven insights to develop and implement customer segmentation strategies. 

about you

You’ll possess a track record of success in automated marketing, alongside a deep enthusiasm for the digital realm. Your assets will encompass robust analytical abilities and an understanding of the intricacies of Salesforce Marketing Cloud. 


  • Demonstrated expertise in leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud for automating and customising marketing initiatives across both digital and traditional marketing.  
  • Outstanding communication and teamwork capabilities. 
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS. 
  • A customer-centric orientation with a fervour for delivering outstanding customer journeys. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adeptness in thriving in a high-paced work setting.
