This is a senior role within the agency and sits on the Leadership Team. You will head up and run the digital marketing proposition of the agency, delivering a full-service digital marketing experience – strategising, designing, and executing multi-channel (including offline) campaigns. Leading a small team of talented marketers, you’ll deliver great customer experiences and drive departmental revenue and growth, getting involved in new business pitches and cross selling marketing opportunities.

  • Leading client strategy & delivery across multiple marketing channels, with a digital focus.
  • Managing a team that delivers a range of value-add services and advice covering marketing & comms planning; social media management; copywriting & content creation; reporting & analytics; SEM and Google Ads; search engine optimisation and email marketing & automation.
  • Full sales & delivery cycle, including leading workshops & translating client needs into tight briefs.
  • Building relationships – internal (cross-departmental) and external (clients).
  • Thinking commercially, reaching revenue targets, building out the department.
  • Marketing for the agency itself to build awareness and consideration.

about you

We’re looking for a senior level marketer with agency experience and a strong background in digital channels and technologies. The role requires exceptional skills in marketing strategy and delivery, flexibility, attention to detail and a proven track record of delivering consistent and excellent customer marketing experiences. You’ll need to be able to translate customer requirements into clear briefs and deliver great results on time.

  • Subject matter expertise across inbound and outbound marketing channels, with a focus on digital.
  • Client & team leadership experience, and the gravitas to lead workshops with senior stakeholders.
  • Sound understanding of all things digital, from digital strategy and digital marketing to e-commerce, UX, UI and web design & development.
  • Strong commercial acumen, and fully conversant with sales budgeting and forecasting.
  • Team player with a mature, warm attitude and a good sense of humor.
