role

As the Head of Marketing, you’ll enjoy a role which is characterized by team leadership, marketing strategy, customer journey mapping, and hands-on execution. There is plenty of room for creativity and making this role your own, with the support of the senior leadership team and product experts around you. 

  • Line manage and grow a team (currently 3 people) 
  • Be the voice of the customer within the leadership team  
  • Develop the marketing strategy, working across the online and offline customer journey  
  • Lead the channel marketing programme & the internal comms strategy 
  • Work on both brand activation and sales-driven marketing strategies  
  • Run all trade shows and develop these into brilliant, industry leading events for your customers 

about you

We are looking for a creative, digitally-savvy B2B marketer who is looking for a step up. You will bring proven experience in strategic marketing management to the table - incorporating design, e-commerce, digital marketing, brand management and operational business partnering.   

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing strategy and delivery. 
  • Evidence of building brand equity. 
  • Team leadership skills and the ability to lead a marketing function. 
  • Hands-on copywriting skills. 
  • Digital marketing channel expertise, and ideally e-Commerce experience
