As a Lead Designer, you’ll design the communications collateral (digital and traditional) for the project. You’ll get to design the look and feel of the brand and ensure all internal and external communications look cohesive from a design perspective. 

 

  • Develop design concepts for the communication collaterals, including print and reports. 
  • Design digital banners, web tiles, and other digital assets. 
  • Make sure the brand’s look and feel are consistent in all areas. 
  • Check if all the digital and print assets are consistent with the brand guidelines and standards. 
  • Maintain collateral archives and manage all photos, art, and logo.

about you

You’ll have proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio to back it up. You’ll be knowledgeable in using project management tools and Adobe Creative Cloud. It will be an advantage if you have working knowledge of UI and website design. You’ll also bring knowledge in brand management and have developed visual communications for a broad range of audiences. 

 

  • Experience in graphic design, ideally in a fast-paced marketing communications team. 
  • Knowledgeable in project management tools. 
  • Skilled In using Content Management Systems and the Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop – experience in Sketch is advantageous.  
  • Knowledge of UI and website design is beneficial. 
  • Strong organisational, verbal and written communication, and planning skills.
