As a Senior Client Service Manager, you’ll manage client relationships, oversee the internal delivery team, and work with the senior digital team to devise client strategies. This is a purely client-facing role with no implementation. 


  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, making sure they are receiving excellent service. 
  • From strategy and planning, work with stakeholders to ensure smooth digital campaign processes. 
  • Keep clients updated with the end-to-end digital processes – these are existing clients so you won’t have to make sales, but you will discuss digital marketing strategy with clients. 
  • Present ideas, opportunities, and recommendations to maximise client business growth.

about you

While you won’t be on the tools, you’ll bring previous experience in marketing. You’ll have knowledge of digital channels and an understanding of digital strategy. As this will be a client-facing position, you’ll have the ability to build relationships and negotiate whenever necessary. You’ll be confident in presenting your ideas and have excellent organisation skills and attention to detail. 


  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – you’ll be able smooth any issues that arise and build healthy relationships with clients. 
  • Relevant working experience within the digital marketing and media industry with knowledge of digital channels and strategy. 
  • You’ll be able to multitask, and project manage effectively, meeting client expectations and working collaboratively with stakeholders. 
  • Confident in presenting ideas and documents + able to negotiate and challenge stakeholders in a professional manner. 
  • Organised + detail-orientated + good work ethic.
