role

In this role, you’ll look to in-house the performance marketing campaigns from the incumbent agency. These are highly sophisticated, global, $multi-million campaigns with over 1 million keywords involved. This is a hands-on role, and you’ll be responsible for running campaigns across search, paid social, paid video, display and programmatic 

 

  • Define comprehensive paid advertising strategies across various online channels to achieve business objectives.  
  • Create compelling ad copy and collaborate with design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.  
  • Manage and optimise campaigns across platforms, implementing continuous optimisation and A/B testing to maximise ROI. 
  • Allocate and manage paid advertising budgets based on ROI and strategic priorities. 
  • Utilise analytics tools to track campaign performance and deliver regular metrics reporting on impact and ROI.

about you

To excel in this role, you need extensive experience managing online paid campaigns across multiple platforms like Google and Bing, as well as proficiency in display, video, and programmatic campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube. Expertise in GA4 for tracking campaign performance is essential, along with creativity in crafting compelling ad strategies. A passion for online advertising best practices, data-driven decision-making, attention to detail, and a collaborative work ethic are crucial. 

 

  • Extensive hands-on experience in managing and executing online paid search campaigns for prominent B2C brands across Google and Bing.  
  • Proficiency in managing and executing display, video, and programmatic campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube. 
  • Utilisation of GA4 to track campaign performance and ROI effectively. 
  • Proven ability to create compelling ad campaign strategies and messages. 
  • A strong passion for online advertising best practices, particularly regarding platform-specific strategies, ad copy, creative design, bidding, targeting, and conversion optimisation.
