They use a holistic and plant-based approach to alleviate symptoms related to conditions like chronic pain, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, nausea, anxiety and depression, sleep disorders, cancer-related symptoms, and more. Their team consists of friendly and experienced doctors, nurses, and administration staff who ensure that patients get excellent care at affordable prices.

Reporting to an amazing, supportive & knowledgeable manager, you’ll be part of the marketing team who look to destigmatize the use of plant medicine, and promote it as a viable, healthy, and effective option for patients to consider. Your mission within the team is to bring the offering to life across social channels. You’ll create engaging, entertaining, and educational social media content that guides potential clients toward booking appointments. There’s a strong focus on paid social strategy and execution, together with content management, community engagement, and copywriting. 


  • Use organic and paid social media channels to raise brand awareness and consideration.  
  • Target audiences across multiple social channels, driving leads and guiding customers to book in appointments with the medical team. 
  • Work with the in-house Graphic Designer to create visual content.  
  • Engage with the social community and respond in the clinic’s tone of voice. 
  • Use a reactive and responsive approach to build out social campaigns, according to the sentiment of the audience, latest pop culture trends, channel insights, and what’s happening in the industry. 

about you

We are looking for a creative and innovative social media specialist. You’ll be excited about advancing the conversation around plant-based, alternative medicine, and helping regular Kiwis improve their health and wellbeing. 

  • Proven background in creating and delivering effective social media strategy across multiple paid and organic channels. 
  • Skilled in ideating and creating social media posts, visuals, and media materials. 
  • Community management experience. 
  • Ability to use data-derived insights to improve campaign performance. 
  • Strong knowledge of targeting audiences across a number of social channels, using paid media buying platforms such as Meta Ads Manager.
