As a UX/UI Designer, you’ll work closely with one client – an international, big tech brand. You’ll liaise with the client and their key e-retailers and partners to ensure customers have the best possible online experience. You’ll plan, manage, and create product presences on these websites. You’ll do app development, coding, and take client briefings. There is a lot of room for creativity and growth, and you’ll get to dive deep into the account. 

 

  • Manage, maintain, and optimize UX and UI for one client’s website and the product pages on their e-retailers’ sites including Amazon etc. 
  • End-to-end product presence production according to UX best practices. 
  • While this role is primarily user interface and experience design, you may do some basic coding and web development. 
  • Create digital content for EDM, banners, and online pages + app development (PWA). 
  • Keep stakeholders well-informed and up to date with client briefings + attend retailer and partner meetings.

about you

This agency is looking for a quick-thinking, self-starter who will own the role and bring experience in UX and UI design. Any web development experience is appreciated. You’ll have good technical abilities and be able to explain your ideas confidently to internal and external stakeholders.

 

  • Experience with user interface and experience design – a focus on e-commerce performance would be ideal. 
  • Basic coding and web development skills (HTML5, CSS, etc.) + domain hosting and hosting management. 
  • Wireframing + content preparation + proficient across the Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, and Sketch. 
  • Any agency and/or consumer electronic retail experience would be ideal. 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills + storyboarding and rapid prototyping.
