This top creative and digital agency delivers award-winning marketing solutions with dozens of offices internationally. The NZ-based office has experienced enormous growth recently and staff receive excellent benefits while keeping a tight-knit team of experts. Joining this company opens the door to internal career progression internationally and close relationships with your client and their big box e-retailers.

  • Join the Auckland office of an international agency with very stable clientele.
  • The office, located on the North Shore, maintains a small, start-up culture with all the trimmings of working at a larger agency.
  • Excellent career progression opportunities including the potential to move to another office overseas.
  • Annual performance-based bonus scheme to reward and recognise staff’s hard work + discounts of up to 50% on your client’s products.
  • Staff enjoy work from home opportunities, free-on-site parking, a snack cupboard, and flexible work hours.

As a UX/UI Designer, you’ll work closely with one client – an international, big tech brand. You’ll liaise with the client and their key e-retailers and partners to ensure customers have the best possible online experience. You’ll plan, manage, and create product presences on these websites. You’ll do app development, coding, and take client briefings. There is a lot of room for creativity and growth, and you’ll get to dive deep into the account.

  • Manage, maintain, and optimize UX and UI for one client’s website and the product pages on their e-retailers’ sites including Amazon etc.
  • End-to-end product presence production according to UX best practices.
  • While this role is primarily user interface and experience design, you may do some basic coding and web development.
  • Create digital content for EDM, banners, and online pages + app development (PWA).
  • Keep stakeholders well-informed and up to date with client briefings + attend retailer and partner meetings.

  • Develop strong working relationships with a top tech company and the big box retailers they work with – it’ll be great for your career.
  • Potential to move overseas to work at one of the wider agency’s many international offices.
  • Dive deep into one account with huge diversity of products and brand recognition.
  • Treat yourself and your loved ones to excellent presents with the significant discounts you’ll receive on your client’s high-quality products.
  • Avoid crossing the Auckland Harbour Bridge every morning and work on the North Shore + free on-site parking.
